Is the free option really free?
Yes. Register, and once your account is approved you can watch every available module. No card is needed and free access does not expire.
What does the Practitioner Pack add?
A graded assessment for each module, a certificate of completion when you pass, and editable programme templates you can use on a real programme. Modules 6 to 10 are added to your pack as they are released, at no extra cost.
How long does my access last?
The Practitioner Pack is a single payment with no renewals. You keep access for as long as the PAM Academy runs.
How do I pay, and when do I get access?
Choose the Practitioner Pack and follow the checkout. Once your payment is confirmed we add the pack to your academy account, usually within one working day.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the pack is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Is the certificate accredited?
Not yet. It is a certificate of completion that shows you passed the module assessments. We are working with universities and colleges towards accreditation.
Do you offer pricing for teams or institutions?
Yes. We quote based on the number of learners and how you want to use the material. Send us an enquiry.
